Rental Rules
- You must be 25 years or older to rent boats
- One hour minimum – eight hour minimum on weekends and holidays
- Daily Rental hours are from 8:00a – 7:00p
- Rental rates do not include gas or tax
- No refunds for early returns
- Valid Driver’s License or Credit Card required on ALL rentals and will be held until rental returns
- Payments can be made by cash, credit card, or Heber Springs check
- There is a 24 hour cancellation policy
- No pulling is allowed behind pontoon boats
- Renters are liable for any damages to boats, equipment, or other property while boat is in their possession
